Offerman Residence

The Offterman’s home was an old South Roanoke house in need of a kitchen update. The goal was to have an eat-in kitchen and to have a more accessible mudroom entrance into the kitchen. They teamed with Smith Lewis Architecture and not only remodeled their kitchen but updated a bathroom and added a laundry off the kitchen. The whole goal of the project was to make the “heartbeat” of the home a more usable space, while maintaining the architectural integrity of their Tudor-style home.
