Southwest County Residence

When this southwest county family moved to their new home, they had one major problem: space. With young children, a grandmother and parents living in a guest room, privacy had become a real issue for everyone. They needed major renovations to the house and a yard to accommodate all the needs of a growing family.

Pitman Construction was hired to add a spacious master suite above the garage and increase the size of all the children’s bedrooms. The kitchen was renovated to add more cabinet and pantry space and features a new stove-top hood and vent system, all designed with matching finishes. Custom woodwork was an important detail to the new stairs and a new carport and basketball area complete the outside landscape.
