Devine Renovation

Brooke and Doug Devine took on a big project when they bought a duplex in Old Southwest Roanoke. They wanted to take the house back to a single-family home without losing the historic details of the space. Their architect, Jennifer Lewis, took the available space and modernized it for the needs of a family on-the-go. The Pitman team implemented the plan through structual changes and the instalation of modern systems, while using historic details and finishes to maintain the integrity of a home built in the early 1900’s. In the end, the Devines were able to move into a beautifully renovated house with the refined touches they wanted to make their home unique.
